Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to ship all orders as quickly and securely as possible while preserving the integrity of our rare and vintage eyewear.

Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. All orders are sent from Sydney, Australia.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. If there is any delay, we’ll contact you via the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred service. We offer tracked shipping options within Australia and to most international destinations.

Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and shipping method:

  • Australia (metro): 2–5 business days

  • Australia (regional): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (subject to customs delays)

These are estimates only. Glass & Frame is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Tracking
All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging
We pack each item securely to protect against damage in transit. While most vintage items are not in original packaging, we ensure safe and protective wrapping for all eyewear.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The external packaging

  • The eyewear

  • A close-up of the damage

This helps us assess the issue and resolve it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, but we’ll assist you in making a claim with the carrier if needed.
